Leadership is nothing but balancing Multi Roles.

You do not need four color printed visiting cards.

You do not need escort oriented red light car and stars on the shoulder.

You also do not need a remote switch on the desk.

You do not need an assistant secretary every time.

Leadership does not require positions or power or titles.

You have to simply lead yourself.

You have to select role models. A role model is a proven idea. Follow ideas and applied and created results. Now, in front of you.

Following role models with strength attitude is a good way of life-leadership.

Balancing Multi roles is a true way of life. I have seen a couple of successful people in life on the planet but do not follow a few roles to play in life. It could political, religious,  family, and Creativity.

Balance is the main thing. Even, human existence is based on Balance.

Accepting Responsibility and performing and executing it till the end of life is everything. It could be one-way and lifelong. You have to lose lots of things while handling it but you must as you had promised to the soul-self.
