Visionary leader is a combination and permutation of indefinite vision.
Visionary leader invites ideas, freedom to speak and allow people to speak, allow discussion and interactions, alteration and accepting their ideas. He value multi ideas and multi combinations. Thus, he has total picture, which is conscience of thousands of combinations and permutations.
TATA Group of companies develops vision through team members. They start exercise in the year 2009 in order to build up vision for 2011. All the nationwide branches are assigned to finalise vision of the year-2011. All branch managers develop vision seating up with their team and submit it to HQ. Team seating at HQ develops final vision of the organisation through those ideas. After finalising vision of the coming year, they recognise and award the best visionary branch.
Visionary leader allows team members to reveal out their ideas and concepts. Freedom to put across ideas is generated by visionary leader in the team.
Leader always put across his ideas, vision, information and knowledge. But, his idea is to help the team by sharing of ideas. He never imposes and enforces vision; on the contrary, he develops the visionary people in the team. He never limits the team to float ideas and he never blocks the creativity.
