You should check your DO NOT list.

Leaders are productive and result oriented. To achieve maxim productivity cut following most unproductive items from your day life .
If you get decent value from making to-do lists, you’ll get huge returns–in productivity, in improved relationships, and in your personal well-being–from adding these items to your not to-do list:

Do not avoid people in crisis :

Face people when you are in crisis . Tough time never last but most of the leaders avoid meeting people in tough time. They do not meet them .They avoid phones. They keep pending do list.
By continuously avoiding people, you lose credentials and gradually it affects on your creditability.
Do not discuss people and event in day:
Spend your time on productive conversations. You’ll get a lot more done–and you’ll gain a lot more respect. Talk about most productive work and most creative aspects of work and organisation.

• Check my phone while I’m talking to someone.
Maybe you didn’t even say, “Wait.” You just stopped talking, stopped paying attention, and did it.
Want to stand out? Want to be that person everyone loves because they make you feel, when they’re talking to you, like you’re the most important person in the world?
Stop checking your phone. It doesn’t notice when you aren’t paying attention.
Other people? They notice. And they care.
• Multitask during a meeting.
The easiest way to be the smartest person in the room is to be the person who pays the most attention to the room.
You’ll be amazed by what you can learn, both about the topic of the meeting and about the people in the meeting if you stop multitasking and start paying close attention. You’ll flush out and understand hidden agendas, you’ll spot opportunities to build bridges, and you’ll find ways to make yourself indispensable to the people who matter. It’s easy, because you’ll be the only one trying. And you’ll be the only one succeeding on multiple levels.
• Think about people who don’t make any difference in my life.
Do not waste time as it is most precious and gifted to you only once by God . How much time is gifted that you do not know. In such case, do not spend time with people who are not most influential to you and could not make any amount of difference in your life.
Live life with those who can make substantial difference in life. People who deserve your company are to be attending with 100 percentage attention .As they are the real change agent in life.
Net time and net attention can make remarkable difference.
• Totally focus on what you are doing:
If something is important enough for you to do, it’s important enough for you to do without interruptions. Focus totally on what you’re doing.
And then get right back to work. Focusing on what you are doing is a lot more important than focusing on other people might be doing. You only do that that is truly important to you.
• Past never equals future
The past is just training. The past should definitely inform but in no way define you–unless you let it. You could learn from past and plan for new tomorrow with learning attitude. Keep on learning by your own experiences.
Whatever you had learn from past could be stepping stone for your next success. So, do not forget to learn from past and apply it in life for next tomorrow.
• Trial and error method is a costly way to success :
You should start only when you are determine, confirm, confident and risk level is cover .Just throw yourself and doing is not right attitude. Sometimes, it could cost you lots. You need to be sure with commitment and efforts not with results. As the result is not in your hands. Excellent amount of commitment can create undoubtly success. I do agree with an idea try and fail and try and fall better than feel better. But Stop waiting. You have a lot less to lose than you think, and everything to gain.
Say “yes” when I really mean “no.”
When you say no, at least you’ll only feel bad for a few moments. When you say yes to something you really don’t want to do you might feel bad for a long time–or at least as long as it takes you to do what you didn’t want to do in the first place.
