Who is Complete in this World?

Try finding one person who is complete in all respects. Can you find such person anywhere around you or in the world? It could be an impossible task as there is goodness and badness in each one of us. None of us can claim to be complete in the world. We all are in the process of evolving from the darkness of incompleteness.
Our belief in God is unshakeable because we consider Him as eternally complete, who is the master of our fates, who elevates us from the darkness of incompleteness by stirring the conscience of human soul in leading to goal of perfection.
The nearer we are to completeness nearer are we to God and I call it the GOAL OF SOUL.
You nor any organisation or family is complete. What can I do to the society which is part of me or I am being part of it?
Should you continually see weakness of your friends? Blame people of your team? Find mistakes and point out the sin of others? As a human do I have to become fault finder as I belong to this or that religion? Are we to blame each other instead of living together as one large human soul?
You have to be “good” finders. Find out good in people and organization and family and that is the real art of living. See only goodness so that you can live with goodness around you. To be good outside, you first have to be good inside. This is the charisma of life.
True religion is real living; living with all one’s soul, with all one’s goodness and righteousness where ever you are or you will be. Everything you need you already have. You are complete right now; you are a whole, total person, not an apprentice on way to working at someplace. Completeness must be understood by you and experienced in your thoughts as your own personal reality rests on it.

The real source of life lies in spirit of completeness, not zeroing in on faults, especially on the faults of others. Man indeed has two spiritual needs. One is for forgiveness. The other is for goodness.
We all must reach where we all need to reach in life by seeing what is inside us not the incompleteness outside that torments us. WIN TO LEAD series reminds readers the importance of seeking real way of living with ennobled thoughts.

None in the world was ever rewarded for being an extraordinary fault finder. No prestigious recognition comes by way of seeking a job based on this quality. I say it is a job as it seizes our mind though it has no value at all.
What to see and learn lies inside us. The sight I wish to see outside has to be through the prism of insight God has given for seeing the world outside.
World is nice and people around me are co-creator of this world. Unfortunately, I do not have the heart to feel and eyes to see the nobility that lies in each one of us.
It is never the society or people or organization around you but it the “I” you see in the world that clouds your thinking. Only if the “I” is clean and pure you would see a purer world. It’s time you clean your soul as you clean the lenses of your of your spectacles or the window panes of your house.
Readers of LEAD TO WIN series are never fault finders. So why search for faults???
I have never seen any society which honours those for purveying highest level of criticism. Can I change myself through actions to become co-creator of the world? God has created an excellent earth and being part of it can I start contributing leaving behind a better legacy for our grandsons and their progenies?
Therefore let us learn to treat good with goodness, those who are not good with goodness too so as to attain goodness. Be honest to those who are honest, and also be honest to those who are not to attain honesty. This is the essence of life.
