Trust can be 100 percent or else no trust. It cannot be 99 percent or 1 percent.
In business houses, professionals keep dog eye on peers and colleagues. They watch their activities with doubts and keep a dog eye. In some of the cases spy is active behind the employee. Top management moderate spy in the organisation to have real and correct impression and picture. Top management follows doubt instead of trust.
In my view, you are wasting the most powerful resource of the organisation by not trusting them. You spend more time watching his activities and invest efforts after investigation. Indirectly, unproductive activities are entertained at the cost of the organisation. Doubting your own team is sheer a wastage of time and an unproductive activity.
Recently, it happened in my town, three wives were having doubts on their husbands for extra marital affairs. They finally started spying on their life partners and plugged the partner with another partner and filed a police complaint against them. Now, life partners are behind the bar.

In an organisation, life or relationship, trust has a major role. Trust cannot be taught. It is always inbuilt of a human being. People get it as a natural gift. We should live with trust, instead of doubt.
