Your daily activities create your future. If you want a positive looking future, you have to plan to apply good habits in your everyday life.
You can actually make these storms as stepping stones.

Use them as a guide to catapult you to the upper echelons of your field.
Being in that level, in turn, will help you transform yourself into an eagle in the marketplace.

A great leader in your chosen arena will certainly help you in shaping your selves. As he is a proven role model. His habits, attitude, strategy and leadership had proved results. These proven leaders could direct you to reach to next level of life.
Good habits formed at any age can shape your remaining life better. Let me share you one story. One of my friend Rakesh share with me to use a green tea (no milk, no sugar) in the morning without fail before brushing. This mixture could shape your inner strong and will be able to see good results.
I had initiated from next day.
After couple of months, one morning, I get a feedback from very close intimates that your skin color, freshness level, energy level is improved. You are found more pleasant and your brightness of skin is better now. ( I never use any skin / beauty cream).
These daily habits had help as I had learned from him.
Listening most successful people, referring successful people and watching very minutely effective people will certainly direct you to shape good habits.
How most effective people live on weekdays is to be study properly. There way of life could help you in shaping your selves better.
Your daily habits and way of living have huge impact in your life and happiness level also.
I do not see any point in hiding bad habits. You can break bad habits over night. You can certainly prevent your selves by avoiding company of bad people, as company also affects. You have unconscious effect on habits of surrounded people. You need to observe your way of decision making, language, and attitude and success level.
Richard J. Codey asserted that, “School is where children spend most of their time, and it is where we lay the foundation for healthy habits. That’s why New Jersey is the first state to adopt a comprehensive school nutrition policy that bans candy, soda, and other junk food.”
You could be successful of you have all productive habits. You need to follow habits of successful people. You also need to eliminate bad habits from your life style over night. As the change is possible within minute or never.
