TEAR UP, GEAR UP…..IN RECESSION

“I admit that I tear up like my idol, Winston Churchill. I do that a lot.”

Recently, above feelings were revealed by Tom Peter on the recession situation of USA.

I recall Mahatma Gandhi, Father of the nation India and my personal guru. He had committed in his autobiography “SATYA NA PRAYOGO” (My Experiments with Truth)

“During Quit India movement, several times, I found myself with eyes full of tears and found broken almost. But, I reassemble my spirit and decide to walk further for mission. I also knew that the ways I select to walk were tough and hard but I pray and never give up.”

When you lead yourselves towards mission, accomplishment drives with certain values. You may find and feel that your eyes are tearing up and you are broken. But, never give up. You have to start for the next milestone from the next moment onwards.

Tears are the silent language of heart.

Leadership is reassembling and coming up with double spirit
