“I feel like a youngster once again. (It’s very difficult for a pace bowler at the age of 33.) It’s like starting from the scratch. It’s been quite a long time to play for New Zealand. Things are never easy straight up. But, I am up for the challenge. Training schedule getting longer, but I do not mind that at all. I really want my place back in the team and ready to go extra yard.”
Reaching at the very high position in the team and after scoring your name at the international level, you are out of performance for long years (8 years). It is a most challenging time for any performer. But, real talent never leaves the ground. Shane Bond has again sharpened his tools and assembles himself again to prove his worth in the team.
Defeat is not the worst of failures, Quitting for the lifetime is a true failure.
