PROGRESS AT FITNESS

Working out alone is a chore but working out in a group can be more enjoyable and beneficial. FITNESS FIRST, leading chains of India has introduced the latest concept of workout with fun and music.

The workouts are divided in to four categories.

1) Body balance: These combines yoga, Tai chi and Pilates and is aimed to bring the body into a state of harmony also, improving breathing and concentration.

2) Body combat: This is a complete cardio chart combines with Karate, Boxing, Tai chi, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do.

3) Body pump: Using weight room, using exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls RPM and indoor cycling. These all set of exercises are led by coach.

4) Body weight: A low impact group workout using weight balls and tubes and optional hand weights. This set of exercise is included with the fun factor.

A BODY COMBAT ATTITUDE IS A NEED OF THE TIME FOR THE LEADERS.
