NUMBER ONE IS NEVER A MONOPOLY

US wonder kid’s winning spring continues in the current US open tennis tournament, one of the major tournaments of the Grand Slam.

Melanie Qudin is running at the US open tournament. She had created another major upset at the tournament by defeating top seeded Russian Nadia Petrova by 1-6, 7-6, and 6-3.

“Mentally I am staying in there with them and with them whole the time, and I am not giving up at all,” she said after winning the game. She is unseeded, 17 years old player and making major difference. She was not counted very seriously in the tournament, but, now she had reached to the quarter final by defeating three major ranking players including Sharapova.

Melanie Qudin is entering in the life and profession, and making major difference. She is upsetting seeded players by her performance. She said, “So, if they are going to beat me, they are going to beat me, because I am not going to go anywhere.” 

LEADERSHIP is making difference.

Number one position is never a monopoly. Winning is a journey never a position. Leaders are always on the quest and winning over. Winning is a habitual practice of the leader.
