"The only mission of life is to ‘Live’. On this earth live every moment to its fullest. This is the only essence of a successful life. People have define life by 200 definitions but I would like to narrate life as - Life has no other meaning except living."

HOW MANY OF US RATE PEACE AS THE FIRST VALUE OF OUR LIFE?
October 05, 2009

How many of us sincerely avoid war, conflict and fight in our day to day life with the people working together with us?

We try to avoid stressful life in a day to day life.

How many of us end the day with peace in our mind?

I believe peace is the ground where foundation of life can be culminated.
Right now, I am focusing on total peace.

Total peace means peace of mind and body. (Peace at physical level also has significant impact in our life.)

Peace of mind means free from negative thoughts, biases, pre-determined ideas, ambiguity, anger, frustration, guilt and obsession.

Peace of body means disease free, medicine free and healthy feelings. We all are found healthy but not fit. Fitness is a real peace. (How many of us are ready to go for a body check-up every quarter without fear?)

When you are free from negative thoughts, automatically, you will find peace of mind. (Any day spare 30 minutes on the intersection of the roads and find out the person passing with a smiling face and charismatic aura.) My observation is you will not find out a single person, after series of experience and experiment.

I also recommend going for an exercise for self –awareness that how many times in a day, my peace of mind is disturbed? In fact, it is my core value (Valueless living is not worth living.)

I had found happy people but peace of mind is lacking. Happiness is not the real cause or route to peace of mind and body. Happiness only gives us physical comfort and monetary benefits. In fact, Poverty and happiness both are miserably fail to prove peace in the mind.

I think following truth, love, walk on talk and accountability ensures peace of mind. Satisfaction is the source of peace. Nobel cause and action helps us in creating peace in the life.

Peace can be in the life by avoiding conflict and away from the people and avoid friction in the life. But, it’s not peace. You cannot stay away with the people in the life. Real peace is with the people in the right direction with harmony and they can create peace. Of course it is hard and challenging attitude by leaders always meet challenges and make over.

Desires, Ego, Expectations and over commitment makes the life peace-less and restless.

“In the name of peace they waged wars. Aren’t they got any shame,” said Nikki Giovanni.

Leaders lead with egoless-ness, need base, action oriented and over deliver …peace is ensured.
People working together become more cause oriented and less self centric then peace can be found in team. People around us are self-centric and selfish. We belong to each other and understanding each other is a way of life.

Working around them and establishing peace in the team is a real maintaining task for a real leader. People become action oriented with cause in the mind, irrespective of any factor and can definitely create peace in the team. Action and attentive to the main cause will establish peace in the organisation. Of course, values at the organization have higher impact in the state of the mind of the team players.

I would love to close MONDAY WISDOM with the message “Real peace is a state of mind. It can be achieved by love, satisfaction, harmony and positivity. Ego, anger, selfishness and ambiguity lack peace in the life. Living together with the people and leading them towards cause with noble cause will create peace in the organization. Total peace means peace of mind and body.”
