Leadership in the world is change according to time and space . The process – which we call the 4 I’s – intention, Intuition, Innovation and Impact The 4 “I” are showcasing leadership styles of the leaders in the organization, community and nation.
Leaders are always looking for specific things to get things done. Leadership Is always looking for the result. Leadership is Demonstration not definition. Leadership is performance not position and leadership is process not product.
We call this process the 4 I’s INTENTION, INTUITION, IMPACT AND INNOVATION.. The author has been developing by studying the Leaders (live ones, or in the history), across the world.
The 4 I’s framework applies equally to Leadership in different cultural backgrounds – important to Leader’s of today’s’ multicultural Enterprises. But before examining the 4 “I’s in detail, there is a simple set of fundamental truths about all Leaders to review.
• Leaders always have purpose.
• Leaders follow internal noise.
• Leaders always create impact on the society and nation and organization
• Leaders have unbreakable value system, which is congruent with their followers.
Leaders and INTENTION: Leadership is not an abstract, Platonic concept – it is a practical activity, with a specific goal in the mind. Leaders are passionate and love what they are doing. Final objective of the life is always in the front of there sight. Leaders prefer to die for there purpose instead of compromising with objective. Anything at the cost of there intention, never allow in the life. They live with solid conviction and concrete ideas. Envisioning starts with having a clear view of the external world. It drives the formation of the mission of the Enterprise, and builds clear, mutual goals. In day-to-day work, it is helpful to distinguish between verbal objectives (the mission), and numerical objectives (the goals).
Leaders and INTUITION:
Harmony with inner noise and goals are match. Conflict between inner noise and daily actions are never found. I mean they are never at two places. Heart, Head and Hand are moving in specific direction and focusing on main goals. Leaders listen inner noise very clearly, act on with confidence and courage. Even in confuse state of mind , they travel inside and ask there conscious for guidance and soul direct them in right direction.
Leaders and INNOVATION:
Leaders follow out of box thinking. Creativity find in people management, Action style, handling resources, branding, marketing, packaging, visioning and speeches etc……Leaders also demonstrate personal style of leadership, which is comprised with innovation. The essence of leadership is WHY? Innovation insure there intention.
Leaders and IMPACT:
Leaders always create positive impact in the community or nation or organization. Followers experience positive change in there life. Ever lasting change is created at the time of accomplishment. Nation or community is benefited at large and find ever lasting peace or freedom or pleasure in there life.
So, let us summarize to this point by offering our definition of Leadership.
