Psychologist and psychiatrist Varkha Chulani says” compassion is part genetic and part cultivated. You have feelings of compassion inside. Every person is born compassionate. Only he/she has to discover. This is possible through meditation only and self awareness actions. Most of the time this feelings are hidden .It is to be stretched and to be bring on surface of life. But actually meditation play great role here in most hard life and neck cutting edge. I believe when you mediate, you are channelizing your energy towards the brain. It helps in release feel good hormones which are called endorphins. This induces more compassion. Meditation certainly changes his/her behaviour in day to day life and generates feeling s of compassion which were prior meditation grudges and reservations.
I strongly believe that compassion is change in your feelings .You decide to change life style and life philosophy .Compassion do not consider as charity to others. Meditation certainly invokes these feelings. Leaders must have such insightful feelings and respectful ability which they have got inside them by nature. Now, it is to be nurture properly in current world.
