I have worked with Four hundred business units as catalyst , and I have never seen any management tool that is even close to value addition. I have not seen Director Value addition. I have never found value addition actions in KRA of team members.

4 Offer annual meetings to your clients to discuss business at no charge – review progress and goals together for the next year.
5 Prepare separate research report for your clients that in what part of world they could develop business in coming years … with small gift note…
