ICONS ARE NEVER ALWAYS THE BEST PERFORMERS…..

IPL:  Icons lacking potentiality.

In Johannesburg, all icons are not up to their best. All star performers are not able to deliver as per the expectations.

Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Jayasuriya, J. Kallis, Saurav Ganguly and many more are not able to perform up to their best.

All are heavily paid and they all have shown their best in the past but today is the sad day for the team. Highly paid and proven talent is not performing. It is tough time and bad news for the team. What we do in corporate houses??? Hello!!!!! If top player is not performing in the company what happens? Exactly, the same thing is happening at Citi bank and CEO Pandit is facing the same time. Even, Pandit said, “I will get only one dollar as remuneration for the year 2009 as my organisation is not in commanding position.”

YES! This may happen with the performers. Leaders are never always the best performers. You cannot expect that every time leaders perform. It is more or less like a story of different season. This season is a time of sad news for all icons. YES!! It may happen.

But, true leaders never quit the place even if the situations around them become worst. Defeat is not the worst of failures. Quitting for the life time is true failure.

Pressure is always building up and leaders are facing screwed up time. Right now, important is to balance mind and focus on strength and to develop silent fire inside. Yesterday night that fire was shown by McCullum.

Today we hope more icons will be able to tap their potential.
