I am on board of most critical feedback.

Hardly a time to share real feedback. Actual feedback is hardly share. Even feedback is there but not conveyed properly. Feedback with buttering attitude creates most lousy impressions.

One of my friend Nachiketa Barahambhatt was sharing with all of us in close group meeting that he never share any matter with anyone. Even, family members are not included in this list.

I asked him: why?

He replied; why two members should be unhappy on one matter. I am aware and I know. I am tolerating and under stress. Why should I involve other family members and making them unhappy? Even, they are not going to help me in the matter.

I listen. I was disagree.

You must share feedback with your own people. Remember, I say, your own people not everyone. I believe it gives space, ventilation and relaxation.

How you are with giving feedback and how you are receiving feedback. Specially, people pass feedback against your attitude, skills, talent and communication. How you react to it? It is always nice to listen others on feedback so we can improve our selves and inspire others.

How you are with positive feedback? You also review your way to feedback. I have seen lot of people, unconsciously enter in to habit of listening only positive feedback. When, it is against their ideology they are disagree and sometimes, become wild.

I do agree, sometimes, feedback is not conveying very properly. I mean right words, right tone and right time and place. But it does not mean that you could avoid listening feedback. you also need sound ear to listen feedback. Even, after listening, you need sound mind to judge and rethink on that feedback. You could do introspection. I think it’s very important to have a feedback loop, where you’re constantly thinking about what you’ve done and how you could be doing it better. I think that’s the single best piece of advice: constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself.

I think, people who mean most out of you share feedback. You could be inspire and perform better in coming days, so best could come out from you in coming years.

Feedback creates an opportunity to improve your behaviour. You could alter attitude. Feedback is energetic material for talented people.
