Good to Good, Good to Bad

It is annoying when you react negatively to somebody’s actions and I am really disturbed about it.
Let us visualize a situation:
When you die you stand before the Creator. God asks you: Who sent you to earth?
You say, “Thyself, O Lord!”
God asks: So to whom were you responsible when you reacted the way you did before others. Me or the mundane people!
You say, “Thyself, O Lord!”
“Then why did you react when you could have acted with goodness and magnanimity?”
You meekly apologize, “Lord they did harm to me; sneered at me; made my life miserable and so I reacted. Or else, I wouldn’t have done what I did. “
Finally, God would say if you are responsible to me why bother about what others said or did. It means you lost faith in me. You lost faith in the goodness I bestowed in you.
You stand ashamed and defenseless saying nothing as there is nothing to say.
It is clear from the above imaginary talk between you and the Almighty that as a sensible person you could have acted better than merely reacting to provocations. Can there be a justification for provocations when you can act sensibly with the level of intelligence ingrained in you?
Life is always full of actions as nothing else determines your destiny. How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours. For your karma to be good let people do whatever they want. It does not matter as long as your actions and attitude are good.
In order to make an impact on your life your attitude is what does it and not the reactions to others’ actions which can disrupt your life. It is more important to have a positive attitude to what other people think or say or do. We can shape our attitude and the choice is ours. We cannot change our past… we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change our destiny. The only thing we can do is to have a good attitude to life. The concern is not what happens to me but how I react to it. And so it is with you… you can be in charge of your attitude and mind. This will ensure good health, happiness, peace of mind. Attitude disciplines one’s mind. Enlightenment and wisdom follows.
Reader of LEAD TO WIN over series must learn what goes within you is a bundle of several emotions both good and bad. It is the courage to act positively and not react negatively that demonstrates the epitome of self-mastery.
Since you cannot control others thinking it is you who needs self- control with your high level of intelligence. At no point in life should you focus or act on the actions of others.
Most of the time we see on roads during heavy traffic people behaving badly and losing their cool. Let things happen as they are wont to as no one can change the inevitable. Why then react and lose your sanity?
