Our specific thoughts, feelings and actions consistently produce specific results. We may be happy or unhappy with those results, but that won’t make any difference to brain. By repeating same thoughts, feelings and actions we get the same results in the life.

Now, we want to change our results, we have to change our feelings and thinking. Thoughts and feelings create our results and once we understand the process, we can change our thoughts and feelings.
Belief is a thought in your mind. And what you think, you can create. Simple learning is; most of the patients get recovery because they believe in doctor, not in medicine. Discovery of India (T.V channel) went into a documentary to know the facts and results of this idea.
To our surprise, what I am suggesting was proved right in the experiment and research.
I strongly believe that thinking is a skill and one can learn “How to think?” Once, we come to know how we create thoughts and feelings internally, it becomes easier for us to change our thoughts and results. First step in this process is self-awareness. Let us start knowing: “How am I thinking?”
Instead of changing world, let us focus on changing ourselves by that we will be able to design our destiny.
