What are the things you know you have to do but you are avoiding? Suppose , clearing out-standing off credit card, Diet control, Rising early in the morning, Going to gym every day, etc… If you are to discipline yourself and create a plan for doing these things, would you find yourself positive? If the answer is “YES”, why are you not doing?
Trust my words, by avoiding you are actually paying higher prices and you are making more damage to yourself. Avoiding such situations are not the permanent solutions. You will also feel and find that you are able to do but are not doing so at your best. When I finally subordinate my dislikes to the strength of my purpose, things turn around.
