As 2012 ends and 2013 take form, how are things shaping up?

How well you as a leader prepare yourself for the coming year.. The clock is ticking … better get started. – Now …few days left .Can you review your accomplishments and achievement? Can you release your press release? Can you jump in to air with power and shout loudly for success? Can you have feeling of victory inside with pride?
Are you planning for what kind of year 2013? How you see yourself in the coming year? What could be your most outstanding achievement in the coming year?
Time has come to re plan, re shape, re organize, re start ….. You could have win over in the past years… But coming year could be one of the best year of life. In coming year, you have competition with all your best previous years.
All the best and jump in to New Year 2013.
More than half of you see next year as the same as or worse than this year, but it’s pretty encouraging, if not fantastic, to see 48% of you saying next year will be better than this year. The most important task I encourage leaders to take on is ensuring your team is prepared for what’s coming. Manage expectations. Set appropriate goals. Get them the resources they need.
