When we are planning to start a day, prioritise most challenging affair as a number one priority.
Usually, we pull such items at the end of the day. In some cases, we want to shift it on to the next day as we have no inclination of attending it. Finally, we extend it for the next day. The more we avoid such items; it becomes stronger and harder, and makes more damage to the life. We have to pay higher cost on the later stage.
Why do we not attend such challenges in the morning???
My observation is; if we pull it up to evening, entire day you are mentally occupied. Your subconscious mind is engaged in the challenge. So, during the day time, what happens, when you are attending another priority, you are partially involved because in the back of your mind, you have those challenges.
If you face those challenges in the morning as a number one priority of the day, you are free for the whole day and you can attend another priority with 100 percent focus. Pressure level inside us will be really diluted. You will not go again for procrastination.
Remember, in the morning, we have to attend such priority, even though we do not like it.
