JW is CEO of Bollinger Insurance. When he sold 51% of the company last year, he received $500,000 in deferred compensation. He recently decided to spend $434,000. He gave each of his 434 employees a $1,000 check out of his own pocket—which he called a “mini-economic stimulus package,” In spite of spending on himself.
In my eyes, Jack Windolf is demonstrating exemplary leadership. He is taking care of his team by sharing small gifts. Taking care of people has significant importance at the time of slowdown.
Leadership is ‘CARE AND SHARE.’
